Lord Peabody expedition confirmed

'Exciting new approach' planned

Lord Peabody has managed to raise funds for a second expedition up the east face of Mucking Marshes after his recent solo accent of the west face without the aid of oxygen cylinders.

This undiscovered part of Essex has been attempted by both Italians and retired headmasters without success. It took the know-how of the asthmatic Lord with his skills in amateur dentistry to wrestle triumphantly this formidable landmark.

The National Geographic Society are keen to further the unique finds that Peabody made whilst excavating the ancient landfill sites of Mucking believed to go back as far as the 1960's. 35 Goats will be used to carry Peabody's scientific equipment and the statutory Portaloo now required by government laws on expeditions of this kind in the name of health and safety pins.

Germander Speedwell will also accompany the intrepid explorer in her capacity as 'The Botanizer' as well as providing rhyming cutlets and being seen in excessive headwear.

If you would like to support this exhibition please send 20 guineas and you will be the first to read of their fascinating discoveries and accounts.
